Summer Salad
Chop, Slice or Dice:
- Tomatoes
- Cucumbers
- Onions
Mix with a little Apple Cider Vinegar and refrigerate.

I planted my gro-ables tomatoes indoors about 5 weeks ago. They took around 12 days to sprout and since then it has been a very slow growth. They are only about 2 inches high with 4 leaves. My sister planted her tomato seeds (not the gro-ables) indoors in one of those jiffy brand mini green houses. Her plants are at least 5 times the size of mine and are ready to transplant to her garden bed. I just don’t get it. Maybe I’m not watering them enough? I’ve also planted sugar snap peas, basil, and cilantro in a jiffy mini greenhouse. They sprouted fast and are growing wonderfully. I’ve already transplanted them weeks ago. This is my first time using the gro-ables. I bought two and they are both growing at the same slow rate. I don’t think I will be buying them again. When did you plant yours? Yours seem to be doing alright.
