We are facing attacks on our health like never before. It is a whole new world since Covid. We must take more action, it seems, than in years past.
It is important to get good quality sleep, eat a healthy diet, get enough protein, drink clean water, avoid toxins, exercise and make healthy choices as best we can.
It is also important to keep your gut healthy, have balanced hormones and lower cortisol. Keeping anxiety down and lower your stess as well.
It’s a tall job to do all that in this busy society. You have to be very proactive. You are always available and connected in this world. Our grandparents and great grandparents enjoyed Sunday afternoons on the porch or drives to visit neighbors. They worked incredibly hard in a different way. And they weren’t always connected and available to the world in seconds. It takes a toll.
