Easy Gooey Brownies
I love chocolate. My son has acquired my love of chocolate and loves to bake brownies. The homemade, from scratch, not a box mix kind of brownies. YAY ME!!! The Pampered Chef brownie pan is perfect for those that love the corners and edges (ME!)
- 1 cup butter, melted
- 3/4 cup cocoa
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups sugar ~ Coconut Sugar does NOT produce the same amazing brownie
- 1 cup flour
Combine melted butter and cocoa.
Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy and add to cocoa mixture.
Add flour to the mixture.**
Bake in greased 9 x 13 pan at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
**Would you like it to be more like molten lava cakish? Leave out the flour. Discovered by accident but tastes AMAZING! Kind of like a flourless chocolate cake.
