Where To Start?
There is a lot to choose from when you visit the T-Tapp Store. Here is where to start:
Basic Workout Plus ~ You can get fit in 15 minutes!! Watch the instructional to understand the moves and proper form, then move to the Basic Workout. You will see a difference in health and inch loss.
Total Workout ~ This ramps up the Basic. It includes Basic Workout Plus, plus Hoedowns and then the remainder Chapter 5 from Teresa’s book Fit and Fabulous. (55 minutes) Instructionals 1 and 2 show you how to do it in proper form. Continue with the Instructionals until you know the moves, then move on to Total…you won’t believe how much better you feel and how the inches melt away with this workout.
TappCore
Check out TappCore – Teresa designed this for students and teachers and includes 9 short, mindful movements. My kids enjoy it and I do too! This is excellent for when you don’t have much time. This is great to include in your home, homeschool, or co-op.
