The 2016 T-Tapp 60-Day Challenge begins on Saturday, February 20th. That’s right…this week!! But don’t quit reading if you don’t have any T-Tapp Dvds or think it is too late!!
If you don’t own any T-Tapp DVDs...you can read more about them here. And even if you don’t have them, you can still join the challenge and make some changes before your DVDs arrive. PLUS, there are some videos on my blog that I have that will help you get started ~ to understand it better, as well as some exercises you can be doing.
What exactly is T-Tapp?
Well, it is amazing! But I guess you need some more info than that, huh? For my long description, you can read here.
A short description: T-Tapp is a series of movements designed to put the body in proper functional alignment, restore metabolic function, and stands on its own as a complete workout as well as enhancing the effectiveness of ALL of your workouts. Basically, your entire system gets “tuned up” like a finely adjusted machine. Due to utilization of comprehensive, compound muscle movement, rapid reshaping can take place.
No jumping, no equipment, no extreme cardio. In more layman terms:
- Can be done in 15 minutes in a couple of feet of space.
- Is very rehabilitative, especially for the lower back and knees.
- Works all layers of the muscle at both attachments to develop muscle density instead of muscle bulk, so you get long, lean muscles.
- Is more than a mind/body workout~T-Tapp is a left/right brain, mind/body workout.
- is a lot more than just burning calories/fat – it literally resets and rebuilds your primary body functions (i.e.: lymphatic system, endocrine system, metabolic rate and elimination systems, among others).
- Does not focus on weight loss, but inch loss.
- It helps with so more more than fitness… depression, health challenges and more!

If you have never participated in a T-Tapp Challenge, here are some tips for you:
February 20th is the day you buy a newspaper and take your before photos. Then you will have a couple of days to fill in the information and submit your photos and information on the website. Don’t worry…there are DETAILED instructions to walk you through step by step.
Now, WHY do you have to take pictures AND submit them? Here are a few reasons:
It will give you a reason to get started on this fitness journey. The New Year is a great time to start something new. This challenge is a perfect place to start. Sometimes just looking at ourselves in a picture or on the screen gives us a reason.
It helps to motivate you when you are doing something with a group…there are lots of places for support in the T-Tapp Forum, Facebook Groups. It helps to know others are on the same path you are.
It helps to know that you are going to take pictures again in 60 days. You want to see some changes. Keep your pics posted where you can see them, especially when you are tempted to skip your workouts or eat junk food.
Did you know that you could possibly win a trip to the Safety Harbor Resort and Spa in beautiful Safety Harbor, Florida, to work out with Teresa Tapp and other Tappers? Plus, the T-Tapp Staff is great and you will want to meet who you talk on the phone with. I won a trip 2 times and then traveled another year to become a trainer. It was amazing! Teresa is very generous and usually chooses more winners than originally is planned.
Oh my…what a place!! This is a historic spa and hotel with delicious, healthy meals and mineral water, along with pools, hot tubs, sauna and much more. Oh the spa!!! And the beds…I have never stayed in a more comfortable bed. The rooms are spacious and so nice. And then the goodie bag and special treatment from T-Tapp…you feel like a queen for a weekend! Plus, the friends you make may last for life…some of mine have!
But guess what? Even if you don’t win a trip, you will hopefully experience inch loss, better health, more energy and smaller clothes!!
There is nothing quite like the phone call you receive as winner…it was amazing to hear that I was a winner in the Average to Lose + Health Improvements in the 2009 and 2010 60-Day Challenges. I was jumping up and down squealing with excitement. My oldest son was so happy for me and my youngest was sad that I would be going on a trip. 🙂 They were both happy that I would get to meet the “lady on the TV that helped me feel better”.
