Pumpkin Spice Smoothie

Welcome fall with this delicious, healthy drink!! I love fall and all the delicious goodness that comes with it.

Pumpkin Spice Smoothie is fall in a glass.

 

Ingredients:

1 cup of Vanilla Almond or Coconut Milk

1⁄2 cup of Pumpkin Puree

1⁄2 teaspoon of Vanilla

Add Stevia or honey or maple syrup to taste

A little cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger to taste or 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Optional:

  • 1 pinch of Allspice
  • 1 Banana
  • Ice

 Preparation

1. Mix all ingredients in blender.

2. Sweeten with stevia/honey according to your taste. 

3. Enjoy!!
