This is a quick, easy and yummy cobbler!
Easy Peach Cobbler
Ingredients:
1/2 to 1 stick butter
1 cup self rising flour
1 cup sugar *I haven’t experimented with Stevia yet*
1 cup milk *You can also use the juice of the canned peaches in place of the milk*
Fresh peaches: peeled, pitted and sliced or canned peaches, drained *or any seasonal fruit*
1 drop of Cinnamon Essential Oil or sprinkle cinnamon spice in mixture and sprinkle on top
Directions:
Put butter in a 9 x 13 dish {or use smaller dish if want deep dish cobbler} and melt in 350 degree oven.
While butter is melting, mix ingredients in a bowl and slice peaches.
After butter is melted, pour liquid into dish and stir in peaches or berry choice
Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown
ENJOY!!
Great with any type of berry ~ blueberry, strawberry, blackberry. Yummy and easy!!
