Spring is on its way and summer won’t be far behind. Now is when we start to think more about getting in shape~ we want to look a little more toned and would love to have the energy to play outside with our kids.

I love T-tapping and have been doing it for several years now. Nothing keeps my shoulders in good working order like doing my 15 minute T-tapp + workout!
